Paper Accepted to IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems

Yemin Kim and co-authors’ paper, “Minimally Invasive Square-based Temporal Interference Stimulation IC for Neuromodulation with Enhanced E-field Delivery,” was accepted for publication in IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems.

The work presents a minimally invasive square-based TIS IC that integrates a 13.56-MHz inductive link for wireless power and data transfer with programmable two-channel stimulation. The proposed system employs fully digital ON/OFF-controlled H-bridge drivers to simplify stimulation waveform generation while enhancing E-field delivery for deep neuromodulation.
